Group Bookings:
We’d be happy to reserve your tickets and receive meal choices at a later date*.
* A £20 deposit per guest is required to secure booking.

Terms & Conditions
Tickets will be emailed to the email address provided upon checkout. Tickets are emailed automatically once your order is complete, please check that these are safely received and presented upon entry to the event.
If for any reason you don’t receive your tickets, please email info@wessexpavilion.co.uk quoting your name and order number. Please check that the email hasn’t gone to your junk / spam folder prior to requesting tickets to be resent.
If multiple tickets have been purchased please either arrive in a group or distribute tickets to ticket holders accordingly. This is to ensure that tickets are scanned as quickly as possible.
Tickets are non-refundable. In the event that the organisers are forced to cancel due to government covid restrictions the purchaser will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
